Anyway, the main work here is the following routine:

1. Operators are required to provide the data using the required format.
2. Install the rpm, schedule the loader with cron - everything is almost automatically done here
3. Manually load the first operator unloadings, to point out where they have format inconsistencies, force them to comply with the format requirements
4. After successful loading of all data, it is necessary to start the initial database check and give submit them the result further verification
