Traffic filtering is performed using the bras_ip_filtering option.

Traffic filtering (bitmask) is disabled (=0) by default.

Allowed flags:
0x0001 – control of subscriber IP spoofing (restricting forged traffic). The packet is dropped on subs → inet path if subscriber's IP address (srcIP) is unknown for L2 BRAS and bras_term_by_as = 0 and subscriber's AS is not local. bras_ip_filtering=0
