How will SSG handle the traffic priority by protocols? Will it consider traffic going to these AS in general flow or not? Will traffic pass through SSG, but not be processed at all, will netflow data be dumped?

Traffic will not be fully processed, the only place where it will be counted is in the netflow on standalone systems.
