    What's new in version 1.0

    Changes in version 1.0 Red October1):

    1. New VAS:
      1. bonus program;
      2. notification service (on new services, network maintenance and so on);
      3. ads substitution or blocking.
    2. BRAS functions:
      1. subscriber's bandwidth control (for inbound and outbound traffic) with priority or protocol limitations and with total bandwidth borrowing capability;
      2. Captive Portal support to allow charging the subscriber's account.
    3. Other:
      1. vertical scaling of the platform in frames of the same application.
